First Batch of Cup-a-cakes



Forgot to use the coconut that I was supposed to use up
(the reason I made the Cup-a-cakes in the 1st place).


All the red velvet cups now frosted with cream cheese frosting

How DELICIOUS!

    Well, I brought them to a friends house...
    and they sort of became our dinner.
